The property was clean. the staff was extremely friendly. the location was comfortable, just 1 mile from the city center. Easy access to Beach Art Group.

By and large, it was wonderful base for sightseeing in Gananoque, had much fun. Enjoyed the room in the bath tub, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The most important was the staff - kind and lovely people. Its location was wonderful, just next door to most restos, the restaurant, and the marina where the boat cruise was located: )

Clean rooms, well priced, with the a/c and fridge, for example. Good and marvellous location for visiting casinos and pubs...

The location here is amazing, quite close to Sculpture Park, and I really appreciated the clean room.

We were in Gananoque for 1 day, had great stay, the hotel was fairly clean with amazing location close to everything.

The staff at Imperial Inn 1000 Islands was welcoming and polite. Located in the downtown area, it is a convenient spot near many restaurants and the 1000 Islands bike path. the meals served were yummy and outstanding.

For one night it was great, very warm welcome and nice clean facility. Ideal with children

Find the price too expensive for which there was no breakfast or pool.

I came here for 1 night and had a comfortable stay. Everything was fairly clean and great. The room I stayed in was spotless and warm and complete with microwave and fridge as well as the bedroom. It was very handy to have a microwave, an electric kettle and fridges.

Had a double room with a spacious closet, and there was a wake-up service available. the room also had convenient amenities like a microwave🍿, electric kettle☕, and refrigerator🥤.

Very nice staff and China restaurant. The rooms were clean. There was a parking lot right in front of the room.

Older furnishings and therefore a somewhat musty smell that is tried to cover with air fresheners. The air conditioner didn't work properly. The beds and the room were generally rather smaller, but sufficient for a short stay.

Overall it was neat in the bath tub.

The location is great, being near downtown, shops, restaurants, parks, waterfront.
